A&A Interior Gallery invites you to the exhibition of the Fine Art Photography by Dušan Todorović "Still Life".

The exhibition will run from May 28th till June 24th, 2026, at the A&A Interior Gallery space in Porto Montenegro.

The title of the exhibition, ‘Still Life’, carries much deeper connotations in English than simply ‘a quiet life’. It is a play on words between ‘silence’, ‘stillness’ and ‘the continuation of existence’. Therefore, the exhibition features not only “naturemorte” itself, but also urban landscape, details of architecture and sculpture as moment of life caught in its full beauty.

Dušan Todorović – visual artist, born in Belgrade and now lives in London and travels the world, constantly seeking out new subjects to inspire his photography. He covers a wide range of subjects: from poetic images of floral arrangements and landscapes with unusual angles to mechanical machine parts, which he regards as artistic objects, and portraits that are carefully crafted from a psychological perspective. In addition to Japanese art, his work has been influenced by the paintings of the Dutch Golden Age masters, whilst a distinct Mediterranean and Belgrade sensibility is clearly evident in his art. This is particularly evident when he returns to motifs associated with his native region, such as landscapes of the Adriatic coast or city scenes from Belgrade.

Dušan Todorović was born in 1962 in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, Department of Film Camera. Shortly after completing his studies, he participated in several significant film projects. During the 1990s, he moved to London, where he worked as a cameraman, filming documentaries, sports broadcasts, and news programs for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Sky, and many other television stations. In addition, he worked on the filming of many short feature films, as well as on two full-length feature films, „Little Box of Sweets“ and „Chasing Dreams“. Around 2010, he turned to photography. He is particularly interested in documentary, architectural, and portrait photography, as well as still life. He worked as a collaborator on several books, including: „Torry Begg Pictures“, Djordje Ozbolt – „Questions of Faith“, and Marko Krsmanović Simić – „Romantic Modernism of one Epoque“. He also collaborated with the writer Dejan Tiago Stanković. Among his clients are SPL – Ceramic Studio London, Jason Good Architect London, and the prestigious FLINT Interior Design Studio in London. He is currently in the final stage of his three-year project, the book „Šipan – A Photo Essay“.
