Art & Design gallery A&A Interior kindly invites you to the opening of the exhibition:
“Horizontal&Vertical. Alexandar Ostojic”

The original work of Aleksandar Ostojić consists of intermediate process experiments within a wide range of artistic manifestations.
Horizontal&Vertical – is the project, that exhibited for the first time in the gallery space on such a vast scale and synthesized theoretical experiences and active practice on chromatic reflections and modular exploration of Light and Space. There visual artist Aleksandar Ostojić engages in the problem of image through standardized schemes that construct multiple constellations of linear and surface elements.
The standard serves as a means that allowed artist to engage in a specific play with the same elements, where their identity is occasionally lost and rediscovered. At times, it involves a change in the position of parts within the whole, and at other times, a different organization within individual parts, depending on the specific work in question.

Aleksandar Ostojić was born in Pljevlja (1991). He graduated in Intermediate Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje (2016) and at the same faculty he received his Master’s degree in the Department of Painting (2021). He exhibited at several collective exhibitions in the country and abroad. Lives and works in Pljevlja.
